Accessibility Information

Assisted Listening Devices

BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with assisted listening devices for guests with hearing impairment. Receivers are available for all events at Guest Services across from Section 118. Receivers are provided free of charge, with a valid form of identification.

Accessible Drop Off and Pick Up

Accessible drop off and pick up is located on the 900 block of Hutchins Street at Walker Street.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is located in the south portion of Astros Lot C. Parking in Lot C is available for pre-purchase for Houston Dynamo matches and is available for other events on an event-by-event basis. Accessible parking is also available in independently owned and operated surface lots.

Closed Captioning

BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with handheld closed captioning devices. The handheld devices are available for all events at Guest Services across from Section 118. Devices are provided free of charge, with a valid form of identification.

Accessible Seating

Accessible reserved seating can be found through out BBVA Compass Stadium. Tickets may be purchased via all ticket outlets. Please contact the Ticket Office at 713-547-3000 for more information.

Elevators

BBVA Compass Stadium is equipped with elevators. One is in the southeast corner of the stadium across from Section 133. This elevator is for use of guests with field seating tickets who have accessible needs. The second elevator is located in the West Club Lobby on the west side of the stadium across from Section 106. The West Club Lobby elevator is accessible to suite ticket holders, club ticket holders and guests with accessible needs.

PAV Device

The PAV is a multi-purpose, Internet-based communications marvel that provides standard payphone, videophone, keyboard and camera in one robust, vandalism-resistant package. The PAV allows everyone, including deaf, hard of hearing and speech-disabled people, to make phone calls. Whats more, the PAV serves as a communications center, allowing you to visually display important information to effectively communicate with deaf and hard of hearing customers. The PAV device is located inside the Guest Services area and in available to the public during all events.  This service is offered free of charge to patrons and can be found at Guest Services, which is located across from across from Section 118 . 

Public Transportation

Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County offers accessibility on its busses. METRO can provide para-transit service through METROLift for those who cannot ride one of its fixed routes. To schedule a ride with METROLift, please contact METRO at 713-225-6716.

Aisles, Rails, Ramps and Stairways

To help ensure guest safety and experience of games and events, sitting or standing in aisles, at rails, in ramps or in stairways is prohibited. Guests will be asked to return to their seats. Standing on seats is also prohibited.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol may be brought into BBVA Compass Stadium. Guests will not be allowed to enter if they appear to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the stadium. Beverages purchased in the stadium are prohibited from leaving the stadium. All persons must be 21 years of age or older and provide proper identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of BBVA Compass Stadium management.

For Houston Dynamo matches alcohol will not be sold after the 75^thminute of the soccer match, or earlier at BBVA Compass Stadium management’s discretion. In the West Club last call will be made 45 minutes following the conclusion of the match, or earlier at BBVA Compass Stadium management’s discretion. For other events including concerts and other sporting events, management will determine the shut off time on an event by event basis.

Drunk and disorderly behavior and or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.

Animals

Service dogs are permitted. No pets or other animals are permitted.

Anthem Singers

For Houston Dynamo home games, guests wishing to sing the national anthem should contact the Houston Dynamo at (713) 276-7500 or info@houstondynamo.com.

ATM Locations

BBVA Compass ATMs are located on Concourse across from Sections 115, 130, and 139.

Baby Changing Stations

All men’s, women’s and family restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.

Bag Checks

All guests entering the facility are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection. BBVA Compass Stadium personnel will not touch personal belongings. You may be asked to move an item in a bag so a proper visual inspection may be conducted. Personnel will conduct their inspections with respect toward the guests’ dignity and legal rights. In no circumstance shall the inspections be conducted in a discriminatory manner.

Balloons

Deflated balloons are permitted. Helium filled and inflated balloons are prohibited.

Banners & Signs

Event-related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the facility to show fan support during events.

The following guidelines relate to these items:

• Must be relevant to event
• May not be larger than 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide
• May not be attached to a stick / pole
• May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
• May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by BBVA Compass Stadium management
• May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by BBVA Compass Stadium management

Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of BBVA Compass Stadium management.

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle Parking is available at Methodist Gate (Northwest), Statoil (Northeast), and Southeast Gate of the stadium.

Bottles & Cans

All glass and metal containers of any kind are prohibited. Empty, one clear plastic bottle 32 ounces or less is permitted. Containers pertaining to medical supplies approved by BBVA Compass Stadium management are permitted.

Cameras

Houston Dynamo matches and Texas Southern University football games will allow still cameras with lenses 8 inches or shorter at games. For all other events, including concerts and festivals, please call the switchboard at 713-547-3000 prior to the event for updated information. Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, guests may not bring any types of audio/video recording devices into the facility. These devices include video camcorders, audio recording devices, etc.

Children’s Ticket Policy

For Houston Dynamo matches children two years of age and younger do not require a ticket. For all other events, please contact the Ticket Office at 713-547-3000 prior to purchasing a ticket for updated information.

Chewing Tobacco

Chewing tobacco is prohibited.

Closed Captioning

Designated Driver Booth

The Designated Driver Booth is located at Guest Services across from section 118. BBVA Compass Stadium, Levy Restaurants, and Bud Light have partnered to offer any guest who identifies himself or herself as a designated driver will receive a coupon for a free 20 oz fountain drink.

Dress Code

BBVA Compass Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive language and/or images. Guests are required to wear shirts upon entry and shoes at all time. Guests wearing clothing deemed inappropriate by BBVA Compass Stadium management may be denied access into the facility.

East Center Circle

The East Center Circle is located on the east side of the stadium off of Dowling Street. For Dynamo matches, the East Center Circle is open to Suites 1 – 33, Party Suites 1 – 3, President’s Club, Club Sections 105-107, 125 – 127, 206 (A,B,C), Seating Sections 123-129 and Field Seats. Guests with access may use the East Center Circle as their entrance into the stadium. The lobby is equipped with bathrooms only accessible to those with the proper ticket. East Center Circle opens 90 minutes before Houston Dynamo matches start. For all other events, please contact the switchboard 713-547-3000 prior to the event for updated information.

Elevators

BBVA Compass Stadium has two elevators. One is in the southeast corner of the stadium across from Section 133. This elevator is for use of guests with field seating tickets who have accessible needs. The second elevator is located in the West Club Lobby on the west side of the stadium across from Section 106. The West Club Lobby elevator is accessible to suite ticket holders, club ticket holders and guests with accessible needs.

Emergency Preparedness

BBVA Compass Stadium has an emergency plan to address an emergency, should one occur. BBVA Compass Stadium’s goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, players, and employees at BBVA Compass Stadium. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures.

Entrances

Gates accessible to all guests are located in the northeast, northwest, southeast and southwest corners of BBVA Compass Stadium. The East Center Circle, located on the east side of the stadium, is accessible to suite ticket holders, Sections 105-107, Sections 206A-206C, field seating ticket holders, and Sections 125-127 for Dynamo matches. The West Club Lobby, located on the west side of the stadium, is accessible to suite ticket holders, Sections 105-107, and Sections 206A-206C for Dynamo matches. For Houston Dynamo soccer matches all entrances open 90 minutes prior to game start. For all other events, please contact the switchboard at 713-547-3000 prior to the event for updated information. All entrances have a no re-entry policy.

Exchanges/Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in our terms, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets may be reprinted if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Please call the switchboard at 713-547-3000 to speak with the Ticket Office to have a ticket re-printed. 

Family Restrooms

Family restrooms are located across from Sections 103, 106, 109, 113, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139. All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations and are wheelchair accessible.

First Aid

First Aid stations are located at Sections 119 in the northeast corner of the stadium and Section 133 in the southeast corner of the stadium. Please notify the nearest BBVA Compass Stadium staff member for any assistance.

Food & Beverage Policy

Guests may not bring food or beverage into the facility. Food or beverages deemed necessary due to special dietary need, religious requirement or medical condition may be approved in advance by the Guest Services Department. One empty, clear plastic bottle 32 ounces or less per guest is permitted.

Gate Opening Times

For Houston Dynamo soccer matches all gates/entrances open 90 minutes prior to game start. For all other events, please contact the switchboard at 713-547-3000 prior to the event for updated information. All entrances have a no re-entry policy.

Guest Conduct

All guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

Disturbances include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Standing on chairs or benches
• Intoxicated and disorderly conduct
• Fighting or challenging others to fight
• “Mooning” or private body parts
• Interference with or delay of game/event
• Violation of BBVA Compass Stadium’s policies
• Violation of local, state, and federal laws and statues
• Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches, in the seating areas
• Attempting to enter the field of play or stage without permission
• Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects
• Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise or behavior
• Using profanity and/or offensive words which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
• Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, employees or performers

Intoxicated Guests

BBVA Compass Stadium reserves the right to deny entry to guests that appear to be intoxicated. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event, will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest. 

Laser Pointers & Pens

Laser pointers and pens are prohibited.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items will be turned into Guest Services during events or at their conclusion. If you lose an item during an event please visit Guest Services, across from Section 118, for assistance.

At the end of the event, Guest Services will turn all unclaimed items to Security. After events, guests wishing to inquire about the recovery of lost items are directed to call Security, identify the item, present valid photo identification card, and sign a receipt. BBVA Compass Stadium Security may be contacted at 713-547-3000.

After 30 days, all unclaimed items will be released to charitable organizations.

Lost Children

Lost children will be taken to Guest Services located across from Section 118. Guests looking for a lost child should notify the nearest BBVA Compass Stadium staff member immediately and wait at Guest Services..

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Please call the switchboard at 713-547-3000 to speak with the Ticket Office to have a ticket re-printed.

Media must be properly credentialed at all times. Merchandise

Official Houston Dynamo merchandise is available at the Team Store located across from Section 114, the Novelty Stand located across from Section 134, and various locations on the concourse during Houston Dynamo matches. 

Noise Making Devices

Noisemakers such as air horns, drums, cowbells, horns, vuvuzelas and whistles are prohibited.

Party Suites

BBVA Compass Stadium has three Party Suites available for rental for all events. The Party Suites are located in the southeast corner of the stadium just 9 rows away from the pitch. Playing Field – No Trespassing

BBVA Compass Stadium will not tolerate persons who may in any way enter or attempt to enter the playing field without permission. Violators will be ejected from the facility and will be subject to arrest.

Radios

Radios are permitted in the event that they do not disrupt the event and other guests. Radios must not require an electrical outlet. Guests may be requested to turn on the item to verify it is what it appears to be.

Recycling

Recycling is available for paper, plastic and aluminum products with recycling bins located through out the facility. Please recycle while visiting BBVA Compass Stadium.

Re-Entry

BBVA Compass Stadium has a no re-entry policy during events.

Restrooms

Restrooms can be found through out all areas of the stadium. Women’s restrooms can be found near Sections 103, 109, 110, 114, 118, 123, 129, 134, 138 and 139. Men’s restrooms can be found near Sections 104, 108, 113, 119, 122, 124, 128, 133, and 139. Family restrooms are located near Sections 103, 106, 109, 113, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139.

The East Center Circle and West Club Lobby have both men and women’s restrooms accessible to those with the proper ticket. All restrooms are equipped with a baby changing station and are wheelchair accessible.

Security

BBVA Compass Stadium wants to ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Security personnel and uniformed police offers are positioned throughout BBVA Compass Stadium. Guests requiring assistance should contact the nearest security guard, uniformed police officer, BBVA Compass Stadium team member or go to Guest Services. All guests entering the facility are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection. BBVA Compass Stadium personnel will not touch personal belongings. Segways & Tri-Bikes

Segways and Tri-Bikes are prohibited on BBVA Compass Stadium premises.

Skateboarding & Rollerblading

Skateboarding and rollerblading are prohibited on BBVA Compass Stadium premises.

Smoking Section

The smoking section is located outside the southeast gate across from Section 130.

Solicitation/Literature

Pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, and flyers, unapproved by BBVA Compass Stadium management are prohibited.

Standing

Streamers

Streamers are permitted at Houston Dynamo home games only. Each guest will be limited to 3 rolls per person, 81 ft long/4.5 inches in diameter. Throwing objects at players, referees, personnel, or guests is subject ejection from the stadium. Guests are encouraged to throw streamers after the national anthem and after Dynamo goals. The streamer policy for non-Houston Dynamo events is at the discretion of BBVA Compass Stadium management. Confetti is prohibited.

Strollers & Child Seats

Strollers and child seats are permitted at the gates and in the concourse areas. Strollers and child seats may be stowed under your seat if they do not obstruct any walk ways. Strollers or child seats that do not fit under seats can be stored by locating the nearest Guest Services Representative for assistance.

BBVA Compass Stadium is an open air facility. All guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen lotion. Aerosol spray cans are prohibited.

Team Store

adidas Dynamo Team Store is located across from Section 114 on Texas Street in the northwest corner of BBVA Compass Stadium. Team store will be accessible from the concourse on Houston Dynamo game days 90 minutes prior to game start. The store will be open 3 hours prior to game start and can be accessed from Texas Street. Fans must have a game ticket to access the store.

The Novelty Stand behind Section 134 will be accessible only on Houston Dynamo match days starting 90 minutes prior to game start. Please contact the switchboard at 713-547-3000 for non-match day hours.

Transportation

Guests needing to call a taxi may go to Guest Services located across from Section 118 for assistance. For information on public transportation please visit: http://ridemetro.org/

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are prohibited. Guests may leave umbrellas at the gates at their own risk  for pick up upon departure. Guests are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers or ponchos.

Water fountains can be found across from the following sections: 103, 109, 115, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139.

Weapons of any kind are prohibited.

West Club

The West Club is located above Sections 105 – 107. The West Club can be accessed via the West Club Lobby. The West Club is open to Suites 1 – 33, President’s Club, Sections 105-107, 123-129 and Sections 206A-206C. Click here for information on how to rent the West Club for private events.

West Club Lobby

The West Club Lobby is located on the west side of the stadium. The West Club Lobby is accessible to Suites 1 – 33, President’s Club, Sections 105-107 and Sections 206A-206C. Guests with access to the West Club Lobby may also use the East Center Circle as their entrance into the stadium. The lobby is equipped with bathrooms only accessible to those with the proper ticket. Wheelchairs

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point or guests may make advance escort arrangements by contacting Guest Services at 713-547-3000. The service is available to and from the entry gates and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event.

Will Call

Will Call tickets are available during regular Ticket Office hours. Tickets are released only to the person whose name they are being held for. Proper photo identification is required.
